NSW Masters are holding a Block Starts Coaching Clinic.
Details of the session are as follows:
Date: Saturday 4th January 2025
Time: 8.30 am to 9.30am
Location: Sydney Olympic Park, Warm Up Athletics Track, NSW
Cost: $7 for venue entry (parking can be validated for up to 4 hours free parking)
Coach: Darren Hughes
Darren is Level 3 Performance Coach who specialises on Sprints, Relays and Hurdles. Darren has also won more than 35 national titles as a Masters athlete from the 60m up to 400m events.
